POST AND ORDERS:
We aim to post your order within 3 days of acceptance, which is subject to the provision of a valid UK postal address. You should make sure that all postal details provided by you are correct at the time of order. We will retain proof of posting for one month from the date of despatch. Goods are not supplied on an approval basis. If you have any complaint about the condition of your order on arrival you should retain all packaging and contact us first to discuss the nature of your complaint. Coffinnail's Cards and related merchandise (the product) are supplied on the basis that they are intended for gameplay or use as otherwise specified on the packaging. We make no claims that the product will help you or others give up smoking. The packaging for the product has been designed to generically represent cigarette packets and not a specific brand or pack design currently on the market. Any similarity to an existing brand is entirely co-incidental. The Coffinnail logo, the exterior pack artwork and its design, and all card artwork is the copyright of Action Ideas, ©2004. All rights reserved. Your statutory rights are not affected. This site is not intended for use outside of the UK. Any attempt at fraudulent use of this site, misrepresentatation or passing off, will be referred to the relevant authorities and our banking provider.
