POST AND ORDERS:
We aim to post your order within 3 days of acceptance, which is subject to the provision of a valid UK postal address. You should make sure that all postal details provided by you are correct at the time of order.We will retain proof of posting for one month from the date of despatch. Goods are not supplied on an approval basis. If you have any complaint about the condition of your order on arrival you should retain all packaging and contact us first to discuss the nature of your complaint. The packaging for the product has been designed to generically represent cigarette packets and not a specific brand or pack design currently on the market. All rights reserved. Your statutory rights are not affected. This site is not intended for use outside of the UK.
